Authenticate End User by IP Address
Select the IP Ranges section.

Make the appropriate selections and click Submit reports request.
The Usage Report will be emailed to you.
Manage Institutional Administrators
Select the Manage Administrators section.
To designate a new institutional administrator, enter and submit the email address of the new administrator. An email containing an activation code for the institutional administrator role will be sent to the specified email address.
To remove the institutional administrator role of a user, select his or her name and click Delete.
Individuals
An individual subscription is designated for one user (personal use) and is not transferrable.
An individual may qualify to receive a discounted student subscription to Health Affairs if they are currently a full-time student in a college or university setting, do not have full-time employment in the field, and can provide a copy of a current valid student I.D., upon request. Otherwise, the standard individual subscription rate will apply.
When you purchase an online subscription, you will receive an email verification with a link to verify your email. Once you verify your email address you will be asked to establish a password. The Health Affairs Individual Subscription Agreement specifies that you are the only person licensed to use the subscription, username and password.

Your username is your email address provided for your subscription account. If you have forgotten your password, please click "Forgot Password?" on the user login screen.
If you do not receive this reset email, please check your spam folder. If your email address listed for online access has changed, you will need to contact [email protected] for assistance.
To change your mailing address please click on My Account , select “Change my shipping address,” and look up your account with your email and zip code or last name and zip code.
Your Subscription Number can be found in your payment confirmation email/letter, your welcome email/letter, or on the label of your print journal, if you receive one. You may also find it online using the email address on file.
If you access Health Affairs using a computer at your institution and the subscription account has been setup with IP recognition, you will see your institution's name at the top of the Health Affairs web page confirming you are signed in as an institutional user.

Cancellation Policy
