Page Text: Maintenance Times Maintenance Times Maintenance times, also referred to as maintenance windows, are time periods that staff use to perform regular upkeep on services. Daily, 1:00AM - 7:00AM Integrated Data & Reporting (IDR) and Data Warehouse will be unavailable during this time. Monday Network: wireless, switches, routers, and firewalls. Services will be available unless otherwise announced. Tuesday, 5:00AM - 7:00AM Email, web publishing services, Banner, Dining, Duck ID and various other services that are not explicitly listed elsewhere on this page . Expect brief service outages during this time. Wednesday Network: wireless, switches, routers, and firewalls. Services will be available unless otherwise announced. Thursday Network: wireless, switches, routers, and firewalls. Services will be available unless otherwise announced. 5:00PM - 6:00PM Confluence. Services will be available unless otherwise announced. Friday Network: wireless, switches, routers, and firewalls. Services will be available unless otherwise announced. 7:00PM - 9:00PM Duck ID, Banner, DuckWeb, Appworx (Automic), Document Imaging, DuckDocs, IDR, Data Warehouse. Services will be unavailable during this time. 9:00PM Friday - 1:00AM Saturday The UO Service Portal will be unavailable during this time. Often, the second weekend of the month is used for maintenance on Banner, DuckWeb, AppWorx, DuckDocs, IDR (Cognos), Document Imaging (Singularity), and Duck ID.
