Page Text: 4/01/22 @ 02:10 PM Slate unplanned outage At 2:05pm on April 1, Slate experienced a system-wide problem. Staff are working with the vendor to restore service, but there's no timeline for restoring Slate currently. 11/02/20 @ 09:12 AM RT down for maintenance on Nov. 7 RT will be unavailable between 7am and 4pm on Saturday, November 7 while staff perform critical upgrades. Any emails sent to RT during this time will be saved for delivery when RT returns to service. 7/22/20 @ 02:37 PM Concur login incident resolved at 2:00pm PDT Concur reports that they resolved the underlying issue causing login errors at 2:00pm PDT. 7/22/20 @ 02:00 PM Concur: more detail Concur reports that users are receiving errors when they attempt to log in. The issue began at 1:15 PDT. They are working now on implementing a solution to resolve the errors. 7/22/20 @ 01:44 PM Concur service interruption Concur reports they are experiencing performance problems with Expense, Travel, Invoice, Request, and Analysis in North America.
