Do you find it hard to fit in fitness and stay in shape when you travel? I used to too! Now I find fitness opportunities around the world when I travel for work and for fun. Recently I went to 10 countries in one year – read below for some of the posts about running around the world!

When I travel – I RUN! I love to run and bike in new places, it’s a way that I explore not only the main areas of a place, but the off-the-beaten-path areas where people live and work. You can really get a feel for a neighborhood if you run through it.
Here you can find some of my posts about running, biking, and finding fitness on the road. I’ve run in so many other places – if only I had a blog when I ran in Rio de Janeiro and other exotic locations!
