Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes! All of our products come with a 1 year warranty!
Are your products good quality>
Yes! And to show this we offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products. Our chairs are made out of premium parts and built to last so you can rest assured that they are top quality!
I received my chair but I can't find the screws?
The screws are already in the chair to allow for a quick assembly. Please double check that they are there.
Shipping
Shipping is free for all items!
What is the average shipping time to Ireland?
The average shipping time is usually 4 - 6 working days however some deliveries are taking 1 - 2 days longer due to the high volume going through the DPD network.
How do you send your orders?
Most of our orders are sent with DPD with some of them going to DHL or An Post. All orders will be tracked and you will be provided with a tracking ID once your order has shipped.
Returns
What happens if there is a problem with my order?
If there is an issue with your order please email us at sales (at) housetech.ie. All of our items come with a 12 month warranty and pleasing our customers is our highest priority. You can read more about our returns here .
I received my order but it was damaged in transit?
If this has happened please email us at sales (at) housetech.ie. We will replace any damaged item and have them shipped to you free of charge. If it is a case of a chair not being usable then we will get the damaged product collected and have a replacement sent.
