Changing Places Elizabeth Quay is home to WA's first  Changing Places  facility. This fully accredited changing facility is for people who can’t use a standard universal accessible toilet and might need assistance or specialist bathroom equipment. The Changing Places facility is located in the same building as V Burger Bar, right next to BHP Water Park. It has an adult-sized height-adjustable change table, tracking hoist system, extra space for carers or wheelchairs and a centrally placed toilet. You will need your own MLAK key to access the facility. Keys are available from  Master Locksmiths Association of Australasia . Accessible Parking Short term ACROD bays are available on The Esplanade, Riverside Drive and Geoffrey Bolton Avenue. The location of longer term, off street ACROD bays in the Perth CBD is available on the Department of Transport map.
