How does it work?
We design a form based entry system for you that creates a listing and individual pages for each listing.
Who enters the data?
You can, or if you want, you can allow your (clients, suppliers, friends etc) to enter the data. Each are given their own log in credentials so they can only create or edit their own listings.
A Few Examples
A Supplier Directory
If you are a company that has many suppliers, you could create a Supplier Directory, allow them to enter their own data and then offer that directory to your clients. That’s a win win. Your suppliers get an opportunity to showcase their companies. Your clients get an excellent resource that shows them all you have available. If you suppliers update their lines, they can log in and make the changes.
A Procedures Manual For Staff
Lets say you have a company that has different procedures for different tasks. You could create a Procedure Directory that is entered by your admin staff or department heads. All staff would then have access to a powerful internal resource! How do I do this? Who do I contact for help with this? What is the process to do this?
An Arts Events Listing
Lets say you are involved in the business of promoting local artists. You could provide these artists with the ability to list their upcoming events in a great looking and very functional directory.
There are so many ways you could use directories to increase your business, streamline your processes or provide a service to your clients. You could provide this service for free, or if you business model supports it, you could charge for the service.
