We provide all our prospective families the option to tour the service and see our extensive facilities and grounds.
It is a great opportunity to see learning in action and to meet the team in each of our four rooms.
Bookings and Enrolment Management System
For all new families, waitlist enquiries or enrolments please register.
For existing families please sign in
Begin on our Enrolment page, go to “Sign in or Register for My Family Lounge”.
Ensure you add your child’s details (name, birthdate, address etc).
Complete a Booking Request for your child (your preferred start date and days you would like to attend) – this will successfully place your child on the waitlist.
A payment section will appear for you to pay the enrolment fee.
Enrolment Offer. Once we have received your electronic enrolment form and the days you have requested along with your preferred start date you will receive an offer via my family lounge stating all the details we have received.
Accept/Decline letter of offer – Once you receive the offer you are able to accept or decline the offer (you have 48 hours to accept the offer).
Once you have accepted the offer we will be in touch via email to book in orientation visits.
Our daily fee is $132 for 1 to 4 days booked per week
We offer a discount rate for permanent full week bookings of $640
We offer three sessions types to maximise your childcare subsidy hours, Full Day Session (11 hours), Ten Hour Session and a Nine hour Session.
All meals and Nappies included
Through My Family Lounge there is an option to book casual days at the usualy daily rate.
Discounts
We offer a discount for permanent 5 days per week bookings.
A 20% discount will be applied to the regular booked days when a full calendar week is taken as holiday (2 weeks notice is required).

Did you know, we do not charge for any bookings that fall on a day Ruth Landau Harp Early Learning is closed? This includes all Public Holidays and Jewish Holiday closures. We also offer a casual booking calendar via My Family Lounge so families can easily book in extra days when required.
