Vouchers are valid for any of our treetop experiences, including all safety equipment and training. If you are unsure what kind of adventure to give, you can simply purchase a voucher for any value you wish and let them choose their adventure! How long is it valid for? Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. They can only be redeemed once, with the remaining balance non-transferable or redeemable for cash, in part or whole. How do I redeem my voucher? All our bookings can be done online and you will be prompted to enter your unique voucher code at payment. To redeem your voucher at another park, please contact the park you wish to attend and we’ll do the rest!
