Payment
When making an order, please choose a payment method:
Money transfer to the Sberbank account. (Available only for Russia and CIS)
You will get invoice details during the order confirmation.
PayPal.
Prices in rubles are regional for Russia only. Don't forget to change your currency at the top of the page (In mobile version open the top menu).
You can enter coupon or gift certificate codes in the shopping cart if you have any. Please note coupon discounts and other special offers are not cumulative.
We start to manufacture the order only after full payment. The time of manufacture depends of its volume and our total workload. It usually takes 1-3 weeks but after big discounts like Black Friday or Christmas specials it can take more. Specify preliminarily.
Shipment
EMS Courier Service
We ship worldwide by EMS courier service. EMS is fast (for example for Russia-USA package it is usually takes 10-14 days and 6-10 days to Europe), reliable and in some countries offers free door-to-door delivery. The cost is calculated according to the weight of the package. Maximum weight to UK, Spain, Poland, Argentina and Australia is 20 kg. For other countries maximum weight is 30 kg. Note that the package box itself weights about 200-300 gramms.
When choosing this method please put your phone number in the order, so that the courier could contact you.

EMS is good, but pricy, so we have 2-grade discount for it:
- If your order total is 50 eur or more you will get 50% discount for shipping;
- If your order total is 100 eur or more you will get 70% discount for shipping.
This discounts will be calculated automatically.
Free shipping by Russian Post Standart parcel
The simpliest international shipping option with standart parcel that Russian Post can offer. Far not so fast as EMS, but also can be traced here .
With this method we can offer you a free shipping, if your order is 300 eur or more. Please, note that maximum weight for this method is 19 kg.
Unfortunatelly this shipping method is not available for Australia, Hong Kong, countries of South America, Africa and India.
If your order is over 300 eur but you still can't see this method than maybe your order exceeds maximum weight or it is not available for your country.
Small parcels
For orders that weights less then 900 gramms available Russian Post avia shipping method.
We do not calculate, and are not responsible for any customs fees or local taxes. Please be aware that your order may be subject to these, depending on your local laws.
- Pick up from store
We are placed in Surgut, Russia. If you want to take your order by yourself, choose this option.
- COVID-19 limitations
For the current moment because of logistic problems Russian Post has stopped the delivery to 99 countries. Among them are Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia and some other countries of the Latin and South America, Africa and Oceania. If you don't see any shipping method except the "Pick up from store" and the weight of your order is below the limits, then with high probability your country is in this list. And you can always write us and we will check it. (who knows, maybe it is just an error on the website)
This situation can change in any time, so if you want to make order and there is no available delivery - write us, we will notice you when it become available.
