No. Your contact information and private data are yours and yours alone. They're safe with us. We'll email you about product and company updates, but you can opt out any time. Learn more about our Privacy Policy .
Plans and features
Is the Free Plan really free?
Yep! The Free Plan comes with three videos, 200 GB of bandwidth per month, a Wistia Channel, up to 250 subscribers, and A/B testing—with the Wistia-branded player.
How will I be charged on the Pro Plan?
The Pro Plan costs $99 and has space for as many videos as you need. Your first 10 videos are included, and you'll be charged 25¢ per month for each video after that.
Let's say you have 14 videos in your account. Your monthly bill would look like this:
Pro Plan (includes 10 free videos) = $99
+ 4 extra videos x 25¢ = $1
Total bill = $100
What about if I purchase an annual plan?
Annual Pro Plans can be purchased for a discounted price. Your first 10 videos are free, and you'll be charged 25¢ per month for each video after that.
Do I have to pay annually?
Nope! Payments are made monthly (or annually) and you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time!
Bandwidth and storage
What's the deal with bandwidth?
Bandwidth can sometimes be confusing when it comes to video hosting. It’s difficult to anticipate how much you’ll need, and how much it might end up costing you.
We've set our bandwidth limits so high, that most Wistia users will never need to worry about it. In fact, 99% of our customers don’t even come close.
If you do end up needing more than our standard limit, we’ll send you a friendly email giving you the heads up that you’re close, and may be charged for extra bandwidth. You can always check on the bandwidth usage and pricing in your account settings. If you need help calculating your expected usage, check out our bandwidth predictor .
