PWA Therapeutic Care Announcement
Dear Community Members,
Starting on March 28th, 2022, PWA’s Therapeutic Care Program will also be offering THAI MASSAGE!
When: Every Monday from 3pm to 6pm.

PWA’s Hair Salon Announcement
Dear Community Members,
Starting on February 28th, 2022 PWA will be offering Hair Salon appointments.
When: Every Monday from 12pm to 4pm.
Limited to cut, style and blow dry set.
Before your appointment we request that you wash your hair twice to remove any hair products.

PWA Barbershop/Salon Announcement
Dear Community Members,
If you had an appointment booked for January, you will be contacted by one of our volunteers to rebook it!
What is new?
The barbershop/salon is reopening on the week of Feb 14th, 2022.
We have 2 barbers and 1 stylists!
We now also offer haircuts for women and for children!
When contacting us for an appointment, please indicate your preference for barber or stylist.

Do you need help coping with COVID?
Come learn new ways to deal with the Pandemic Streess and New Life Skills with AYS on Zoom!
No Experience Needed! Your confidentiality will be respected, and you can go at your own pace!

In-person appointments: will be available with our Staff and Peers. Please, contact any Staff you wish to meet with to book an appointment. Staff and Peers will be available during office opening hours.
Haircuts: As of February 14th, 2022 Barbershop/Salon is open! Please contact Chris Godi for more information (cgodi@pwatoronto.org or (416) 506-1400 ext. 261).
Financial Assistance: you can pick-up financial assistance cheques (or call and ask us to mail them) and drop-off receipts (you can also take a photo and email them to Bill or Rajesh)
Harm Reduction: you can pick-up harm reduction and safer sex supplies on the 2nd floor (During office hours) and/or at the Essentials Market on the first floor (During market hours).
Wearing Masks: Everyone will need to wear a mask (masks are provided if you need one) and sanitize their hands when they come to PWA.
COVID Screening: Everyone who comes to PWA and will be in the office for more than 15 minutes will need to complete a COVID screening assessment.
