What happens if an update breaks my site?
Our “basic support for updates” that is included in each plan covers the majority of issues that may arise from a plugin, theme, or WordPress core update. However, some issues (for example, issues introduced by users or extremely time-consuming issues) may be billable. In this case, we will notify you before fixing and invoicing you.
Will there be any downtime?
On average, your website will experience less than a minute’s worth of downtime when we do the updates. If this is a concern, please discuss with us a time when your website has less traffic and we will try our best to accommodate and do your updates then!
