Why do I need to add payment details for the free trial?
Big Look is a membership based service. Our pricing is model is a simple flat monthly subscription. By signing up to a free 7 day trial you are creating a membership account with Big Look. This requires a payment method to be added as part of the sign up process. However no charge will be applied for the first 7 days of your membership (the period of the free trial).
This 7 day free trial period allows you to evaluate the membership service before the first membership subscription payment is drawn down. Signing up to a free trial with payment details does not impose any financial committement. You may choose to cancel your membership during the trial period to avoid any payment. You will receive a notification reminder email close to the end of your trial period.
What is included in the free 7 day trial?
With the free 7 day trial you have access to all course content on Big Look without restrictions. While you may submit work for feedback, these will only be reviewed by our tutors after the 7 day period and once the first membership payment has been processed. Trial members will also get access to our Private Community Channel at that point.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
At the end of your 7 day trial period, you will be billed for the first month of your subscription using the payment method you provide. You will automatically be billed each month on the renewal date for as long as you remain subscribed.
Can I cancel before I am billed?
Yes, you may cancel at any time within your 7 day trial and you will not be billed for your use of Big Look. Please go to our Support section to learn how to cancel your account.
Who is eligible for the free trial?
This offer is open to all new members of Big Look. Existing members who are already being billed for a Big Look subscription can not avail of the free trial.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, Big Look is a monthly subscription with no minimum term or contract, therefore, you can cancel at any time.
Can I pause my subscription?
Sometimes you may want to pause your subscription for one or more months. We are more than happy to pause subscriptions on request. Once your account is paused you will no longer have access to Big Look content. You will then regain access to the content at the end of your pause period.
