Project MUSE is pleased to welcome Matthew Treskon as its new Metadata Strategist working as a liaison with MUSE’s libraries and discovery partners. Prior to arriving at Project MUSE, Treskon served as the Technology Librarian and subsequently Assistant Director at the Loyola Notre Dame Library (the academic library of Loyola University Maryland and Notre Dame of Maryland University).

MUSE Meets 2022
Over 200 people have already registered to attend MUSE Meets 2022! Registration is FREE, and all sessions will be open to any individuals with an interest in digital scholarship. The 1.5-day event will feature general Project MUSE updates, including updates on key initiatives in journals, books, tech, and sales/marketing happening at MUSE, and panels featuring MUSE staff in conversation with librarians and other industry leaders about innovative digital initiatives, Open Access, and the sustainability of humanities and social sciences publishing in the aftermath of covid-19, among other topics.
