Page Text: Shipping policy Unless otherwise marked our online prices include shipping around Australia (NT and WA are excepted). Shipping is done by a range of couriers depending on the delivery location. We find that rural or semi-rural properties are best served by Australia Post. TOLL work well for residential and business addresses. Metropolitan residential addresses can be served by most couriers. If you have a courier preference, please let us know by replying to the order confirmation email. If there is a safe place to leave a package, please let us know by replying to the order confirmation email. Shipping to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra typically occurs within 2-3 weeks from ordering. Shipping time varies between couriers (Australia Post can be slower, but TOLL re-delivery attempts can also add significant time). Since COVID 19 some unexpected delays can occur. Large bulky items such as the Sandstone Plinth and Extra-Large Dish require quotes from freight companies before the purchase can be confirmed. Please contact us. If the postal address is a PO Box then Australia Post is used (private operators will not deliver to a PO Box). International shipping is usually done via DHL, and this incurs extra cost calculated at the checkout. Any taxes and duties are not covered by us.
