Our Vision & Strategy
Our vision is to lead the fashion e-commerce market globally, in a way that delivers for our customers, people, suppliers and stakeholders. Having started with just a handful of staff in 2006, today, we operate seven brands, (boohoo, boohooMAN, PrettyLittleThing, Nasty Gal, MissPap, Karen Millen and coast) serving fashion conscious customers across the world. Whilst lots has changed as we have grown and expanded internationally, our brands operate with the same principles today as they were when it was just boohoo: through a test and repeat model that brings the latest trends and fashion inspiration in a matter of weeks to our customers.

Board of Directors
The Directors are committed to ensuring high standards of governance for the company. The company has adopted the 2018 Quoted Companies Alliance Corporate Governance Code. The board believes that the QCA Code provides the most appropriate framework of governance arrangements for boohoo group for a public company of boohoo’s size and complexity. The following link sets-out in detail boohoo’s current corporate governance statement and approach to its compliance of the QCA Code: https://www.boohooplc.com/investors/aim-admission-documents .

Supporting our communities and good causes
At boohoo we believe in giving back to the communities and countries where we do business, because we know that for our business to thrive the countries and communities where we do business need to thrive too.
From being the headline sponsor of Manchester Pride, to supporting the Cities homeless, to cash donations to support those tackling the wild fires in Australia, we’ve been doing what we can where we can to support the amazing and tireless work of volunteers and charity workers across the globe.
