When will my box be sent?
If you order today, your shipment will touch down on your doorstep in mid-May. Shipping costs $4 a month for each individual box. Currently available in the Continental US only.

What age is the Sago Mini Box suitable for?
Sago Mini Box is perfect for ages 3-5! Our boxes adhere to the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) Safety Requirements, too. :)
What's inside each box?
Each box is stuffed to the brim with make-and-play activities and surprises designed to teach modern skills to preschoolers. In addition to the activities, every box comes with a collectible figurine of one of our beloved characters, and special letters to read to your child.
Where do you ship?
As of right now, we only ship to the continental United States. However, we’ve got our best team of thinkers and planners working hard to figure out how to expand to the rest of the world, so stay tuned!
Can I pause my subscription?
For sure! Both monthly and annual customers can pause their subscriptions for a maximum of one month. Be sure to pause before the end of the month, otherwise you will still receive that month's box!
Can I cancel my subscription & get a refund?
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any point before your next billing cycle. As annual subscriptions are purchased up front, there are no refunds or cancellations available on the annual plan. You can remove auto-renew on your annual plan by cancelling before your one year renewal date.
