By making a purchase with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
1) In case any item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and relist the product at the correct price.
2) In case any item is unavailable but is shown in the app, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase.
3) We only store necessary information required to make a purchase.
4) We do not sell or lease any of your personal information. All information left with Moremilaga.com is entirely confidential.
5) All payments will be cash on delivery for now.
6) Moremilaga takes utmost care to check the quality of food sourced from the homes. However, we do not take responsibility for consistency of food as it is sourced from different homes.
7) Food will be delivered only in and around Mylapore ( including RA Puram, Alwarpet, Mandaveli) as of now. Any delivery beyond or outside these areas will not be done even if the order has gone through successfully in the app. In such instances we reserve the right to cancel the order.
