His contributions covered multiple departments within Herman Miller including Global Marketing, Business Development and Dealer Management. Oliver Baxter After completing his Masters in 2009 Oliver moved to Norway to begin a teaching career in applied Psychology before joining Herman Miller in January 2011. Since then he has become a valued member of the Insight Group working closely with the UK sales force, as well as public and private sector clients. He has been involved with a variety of UK based office projects and he now delivers Insights throughout the Middle East and Africa. Oliver also has an active interest in social media and technology. Lauren Bell Lauren joined Herman Miller at our North American global headquarters in 2010. After 3 years developing a higher education business, Lauren went on to join Herman Miller distributors in the US and the UK, working with higher educational institutions as well as corporations to help them create great places to learn and work. Lauren has been Head of Education EMEA since 2018. She enjoys presenting insights seminars, engaging with students & staff, and supporting designers in the world of higher education. MARK CATCHLOVE Mark has been employed in the office interiors industry for over 35 years, and joined Herman Miller in 1998 During that time Mark as delivered more than 700 seminars across the EMEA region. These include speaking at conferences as well as tailored presentations for occupiers in the public and private sector. Mark now leads MillerKnoll's Global Insight Group
