Page Text: Ashley Nash Class of 2015 Los Angeles, CA Ashley Nash grew up in Los Angeles with dreams of becoming a journalist. After joining the newspaper staff at New Roads High School, she was introduced to editorial-style writing. She went on to attend Holy Names University where she majored in English and minored in Communications. It was here that she started her very own literary magazine for students and staff. In the summer of her sophomore year, Ashley interned with Canyon Newspaper in Beverly Hills. Following her culmination, Ashley took a year off and interned with The Los Angeles Sentinel. Now a student at USC, Ashley enjoys feature writing and community-based journalism with a focus on culture and women's issues. She plans to work as a photojournalist for an online/print magazine.
