Surgical masks are located in dispensers throughout campus. N95 respirators are available upon request. You can request an N95 respirator on the Risk Management and EHS website using the N95 Respirator Request Form (Online) . Masks are required indoors. Masks are strongly recommended outdoors in many settings. Learn more about face masks . Are COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters required? Yes. The CSU requires COVID-19 vaccinations. This means that Cal State LA faculty, staff and students must certify that they are vaccinated or request a medical or religious exemption. The requirement is mandatory. Find more information in our COVID-19 Vaccination FAQ . The CSU announced on Dec. 22, 2021, that students, faculty, and staff are required to receive a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine for spring 2022. We will share more information about the new booster requirement following the holiday break.
