Page Text: Student Vaccination and Booster Upload Instructions COVID-19 Updates The health and safety of the Cal State LA community is our top priority as we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Health Watch provides the latest information about campus COVID-19 protocols, university messages, frequently asked questions, and more. The information on this website is current and will continue to be updated based on the latest public health protocols. Before you come to campus: Daily health self-screening. All Cal State LA employees, students and visitors shall conduct a health self-screening for COVID-19 symptoms before arriving at Cal State LA. Wear an upgraded face mask on campus. Please wear a surgical mask or higher level PPE, such as an N95, KN95, or KF94. Surgical masks and higher-level PPE offer greater protection than cloth masks. Masks are required indoors. Masks are strongly recommended outdoors in many settings. Learn more about face masks . Faculty and staff: Please review further employee face mask requirements . About our campus: Ventilation and HVAC systems. We have conducted HVAC duct cleaning throughout campus. All buildings and classrooms have been confirmed safe for occupancy and are in compliance with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health guidelines.  We conduct routine and preventive HVAC maintenance throughout campus to ensure the upkeep of our infrastructure. Covid-19 Boosters Now Required: Students, faculty, and staff are now required to receive booster doses of the COVID-19 vaccine for spring 2022. Students who are eligible to receive the booster should receive one and upload proof by Feb. 10 . We encourage you to get a booster shot ASAP , if you haven’t already. On-campus booster clinics are being offered during February. Find Information
