Corporate Strategy
In 2017, KLH Sustainability began working with key people across several departments and project teams at McLaren to redefine their Corporate Responsibility strategy. Through collaborative workshops, we are helping the teams to identify key strategic priority areas for McLaren, establish a new vision to guide the strategy and develop realistic action plans to ensure initial targets can be delivered. This work includes assessing existing data to help the teams improve data quality, establish baselines and develop robust objectives. Over the next year, KLH Sustainability are working with McLaren to empower them to establish processes and procedures that support the delivery of the new Corporate Responsibility strategy and vision.
