With our white label service, you can brand it as your own product and resell it to your customers at any price you want. Branding includes your own company name, product name, domain name, logo, and the option for some UI customizations (colors, etc). An API is also available to fully automate the user and site registration process. Quick Facts Your own company and product name, logo, and domain Create your own theme for better brand integration Resell at any price API to automate the user/site registration process Not open to the public; you register new users and sites View existing sites through your branded interface Contact us to get started! How do I sign up? To sign up for white label, we just need you to send us the answers to these questions . How does it work? Clicky white label is a hosted service, which means we host it on our own servers. This frees you from worrying about server maintenance and installing updates. All features of Clicky are available in the white label service, except for uptime monitoring as that is a third party service that can't be rebranded. When Clicky gets new features, your white label will get the same new features at the exact same time. When you sign up, we create a new instance of Clicky for you on our servers with the domain name you want to use. Afterwards, there is a settings page where you can manage the product name, logo, theme, and other options before you make the service live. How do I use my own domain? The domain you choose must be dedicated for use with the white label service only, because it will point to our servers. Most customers choose to create a "stats" or "analytics" sub-domain for their existing website and use that. For example, if your site was yoursite.com, you could use stats.yoursite.com. You don't have to use a sub-domain but it makes sense in most situations. The domain you choose will also be available as a sub-domain of getclicky.com. Continuing the example above, your Clicky sub-domain would be stats.yoursite.com.re.getclicky.com. Then you simply create a DNS C Name that points your sub-domain to your Clicky sub-domain, and magic takes care of the rest. For your customers to check their stats, you can direct them to your domain to login there. We also offer an iframe solution to integrate the stats within your own website interface. Using iframes, the header/footer will automatically be hidden, and your users won't have to login to the site. What about HTTPS? There are two aspects to this: Tracking secure sites We have a secondary generic (unbranded) domain name that points to our CDN and also supports HTTPS. In your white label admin area, you have the option to use this for tracking instead of your branded domain. By default this option is enabled for new accounts. There is no extra charge and it has the added bonus of using our CDN too, so the tracking code will load as fast as possible on websites that have it installed. Viewing your white label with HTTPS For a one time fee of $499, we will purchase and setup a certificate so that your entire white label interface is available via a secured HTTPS connection. This will support tracking secure sites as well. Note: If you want to use your branded white label domain for the tracking code, you will NOT get a CDN by default. We highly recommend either downloading the code and putting it on your own CDN, or leaving the generically branded CDN enabled for tracking purposes. Is there a demo or trial available? If you want to see what the Clicky analytics service itself is like, there is a demo here . We do not have a demo of the white label administration service, but it is very simple and straight forward, as the only thing you can do with it is manage user accounts and the sites they have access to. Trial accounts for the white label are not available, but we do offer a 7 day money back guarantee, minus the $99 setup fee. Can I choose the account type for each account in the white label? (e.g. Free, Pro, Pro Platinum, etc) No. Feature-wise, all of your customers will be equivalent to our current Pro Plus account, which has all features. Site-wise, they cannot register new sites themselves unless you enable that option in your white label admin area. Traffic-wise, limits are not enforced like we do with Clicky itself - but, you are ultimately responsible for the overall traffic that your white label is logging, so keep an eye on your customers' websites! As the admin, you will have the ability to see full analytic reports for all of your customers. The admin homepage also shows you the average daily traffic that all of your sites combined are logging, so you can use that to keep a bird's eye view on things. How do I bill my customers? Billing is something that you must handle yourself. However, you can charge your customers any amount you wish for the service. What about my existing account / sites? If you're already using Clicky on one or more of your websites, you'll be happy to know that you can view all of these sites through your white label interface too. If you have a premium account, these sites will not count towards your white label's site and traffic levels. Are there any traffic limits? Each plan, listed below, has its own site and traffic limitations. Please note, the most traffic we allow per site is 1,000,000 daily page views. We can track up to 5,000,000 per day, but we need to set you up on a special and/or dedicated server to achieve this. So, please send us an email before registering a site with more than 1,000,000 daily page views. How much does it cost? Several plans are available. Prices listed are monthly. Page view limits are for the entire account, not per site. All plans other than enterprise have a $99 setup fee. This fee is waived if you pay for 6 months of service up front. $49 20 sites, 100,000 daily page views ($2.50/site) $99 50 sites, 200,000 daily page views ($2.00/site) $149 100 sites, 300,000 daily page views ($1.50/site) $199 200 sites, 400,000 daily page views ($1.00/site) $399 500 sites, 500,000 daily page views ($0.80/site) Enterprise Blocks of 1,000 sites / 1,000,000 daily page views available for $499 each ($0.50/site) Note: the most traffic we allow per site is 1,000,000 daily page views.
