Page Text: ©2022 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED / 1204 MINOR AVE – SEATTLE, WA 98101 / P 206-624-9449 / F 206-624-2410 Most Endangered Places Every year, many historic properties across the state of Washington are threatened by demolition or neglect. Collectively, these properties contribute to the quality of life we enjoy and shape the daily experiences of living in small towns, large cities, and rural countryside across the state. Since 1992, the Washington Trust has maintained a list of Most Endangered Places, bringing attention to threatened buildings, sites, and historic places. The Washington Trust’s basic commitment to advocate for preservation of historic and cultural resources has been unwavering, and our Most Endangered list perhaps best exemplifies this commitment. Know an endangered place? We accept nominations year round. Prior to submitting a nomination, please contact us to discuss the program requirements and over-arching goals for the threatened resource.
