Look out for new additions as we continue to develop interesting and relevant apps for both children and adults. Sally and Possum Sally and Possum Season 1 Available on iPad only. Sally and Possum Season 1 is the world's first app exclusively in Australian Sign Language (Auslan). Join TV's Sally and Possum as they combine Auslan and game-based learning to improve literacy and numeracy in deaf and hearing-impaired children aged 4–6. Sally and Possum Season 2 Available on iPad only. Sally and Possum are back! Join them as they continue their quest for knowledge and adventure using Australian Sign Language (Auslan) in a series of challenging and rewarding games. QSchools Interact with your favourite Queensland state schools through the QSchools app and receive up-to-the-minute updates. The app integrates with the department's preferred school website platform to allow users to see when news, events and newsletters are posted to their favourite school website. Users can also see other useful information provided by the school, such as tuckshop menus, uniform shop information, class times and social media feeds. The app will enable the school community to receive real-time notifications about state-wide emergency alerts, as well as school push notifications through the app. QParents QParents is a secure, online portal created by the Department of Education to provide parents of Queensland state school students with 24-hour access to their child's information. QParents allows you to securely access information about your child and communicate directly with your child's school: anytime, anywhere. SPEAK (Speaking Promotes Education and Knowledge) The SPEAK app (Speaking Promotes Education and Knowledge) provides lots of fun, free activities, ideas and information for parents, carers and educators to support and nurture language development in children aged 0–6. Teach Queensland Events The Teach Queensland Events app is the official app for current and aspiring teachers attending Teach Queensland career events. Designed to provide a personalised event experience, you’ll find all the information you need in this app before you arrive at our events. The Allen Adventure This fun app is an interactive story about the new kid in class whose name is Allen. He's an alien from another planet and wants to fit in and make friends, but he discovers it’s not always that easy! The app’s objective is to teach children social and emotional skills and how to identify and deal with inappropriate behaviour. It’s for children 3 to 8 years (and aliens of all ages). Your Passport to Queensland In this app , you'll learn all about life in Queensland, how to prepare for your journey and safety tips when you're out and about. Plus, there are some fun games and activities along the way to help you remember everything, and 12 Australian animal customisable avatar characters. WebPartZone1_2
