Most podcasts are released as mp3 files or in other audio formats that can be easily downloaded to your computer or portable audio player. How do I listen to a podcast? There are several ways to listen to a podcast – the best is via this player, which also has download and subscribe options, including to iTunes/Apple Podcasts . Here a few other ways to listen to The Spokesmen Cycling Roundtable Podcast: Subscribe via Apple Podcasts Apple’s iTunes media player is available for Macs and PCs and is the easiest way to find, subscribe and listen to podcasts such as The Spokesmen. Apple offers excellent instructions for Mac or Windows . Download to Your Computer You can choose to download The Spokesmen straight to your computer so that you can listen to it at a later date.
