Page Text: Download Now Inspired by Redwall, WarCraft, and the tactics genre, Brookwood: Pocket Tactics is a tiny tactics game for the Game Boy Color. Built with the Forgotten Engine by nowheresoft , (and GB Studio), it is a game about managing your troops in a battle of medival animals. Play as the Congress of Crows or the Colony of Mice as they seek to conquer the valley of Brookwood. Brookwood was originally prototyped for the GB Studio Game Jam 2021, and you can play that janky, buggy demo still. However, this game is currently in active development to be revamped and updated for a crowdfunded release sometime in 2022. Instructions: Click on a unit with 'A' to move them. Click 'Fight' to engage the enemy, or press 'B' to cancel. Press 'Start' or 'B' to end the turn before both player units have moved. Press 'Select' to check your current HP. During the enemy turn, enemy units will target the nearest player unit and attack if within range.
