The young media manager from Sydney quit her job, sold her car for extra cash and was head over heels in love with a 'perfect' English man (pictured together right).  But three weeks prior to the flight she received the devastating news that she had stage three breast cancer. Katie-Marie (pictured with her mum bottom left) endured 18 rounds of chemo (top left) and thought she had beaten the disease before she was told that the cancer had returned - and this time, it was terminal. 11
