Which device are you on?
For mobile: Copy the ENTIRE URL (including https://) from Step 4, and go to your DAPP browser where your spendable wallet is, and then PASTE that url in the address bar. Here is a YouTube video to assist: How to Join ZB on mobile
For PC: Copy the ENTIRE URL (including https://) from Step 4, go to the browser that your Metamask Extension is on and PASTE that url in the address bar. Here is a YouTube Video to assist: How to Join ZB on PC.
The following screen should appear to complete your registration. PLEASE verify the name matches your sponsor as well as the last 4 digits matching the last 4 digits of your sponsors referral link. If you register under the wrong person this CAN NOT be changed later.
Complete your registration by entering the information asked, choosing your contribution level, agreeing to terms & certifying age. Then, press the blue Contribute button.
There will be a contract call made to your wallet. If there is enough in there to cover both your contribution AND your gas fees, you should be able to then press the blue Confirm/Accept button.
MAKE SURE YOU LET THE SYSTEM COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION. DO NOT REFRESH, DO NOT LEAVE SCREEN UNTIL COMPLETE.
