Timber house, painted with timber stain and therefore only needs to be washed before repainting. There's no paint / peeling paint to deal with. I have the tins of stain (note it is colored for the walls and clear for eaves). It's a pitched roof and scaffolding will be needed for two of the sides. Please note, one side was painted in 2019 and may not need to be painted or will only need one coat (if it does need to be painted its on the side of the house that does not need scaffolding). The other three sides will need at least two coats. All Eaves will need at least two coats and will need a good clean before painting. Ideally would like to have it painted before the end of April 2022 before wet/cold weather starts.
