Page Text: It is the business card of the city of Moscow and, perhaps, the entire country. The place lives and breathes history and gives you the best first impression of the city. If you've never been to Moscow or even Russia before, there should be no alternatives for where to start your sightseeing here. There are enough sights along our way to learn a ton of new things about the country's and city's history, culture and architecture. Whether you're more interested in early, Imperial or Soviet Russian history - it has something in store for you. Saint Basil's will tell us about religious life and successful military campaigns of the early pre-Peter I period, GUM department store remind of the splendor of the 19th century, Lenin's Tomb - about the might of Russia as the first and biggest communist country in the world and the chiming clock of Spasskaya Tower will teach you to properly celebrate New Year's Eve Russian-style. The place provides incredible photo opportunities with historic and recognizable buildings anywhere you look and leaves you within walking distance from many other essential sights. Your first tour doesn't get better than that. It's simple. I pick you at your hotel or any other convenient spot, we go to Red Square (by metro if needed), do the tour, and then I drop you at any place you want or bring back to the hotel. It's a 2-hour walking tour with no stops that covers Red Square and its surrounding area. We go inside the Mausoleum if it's open and inside GUM department store. No additional fees apply. Everything else we'll talk about from the outside. But luckily, there's a lot to talk about there.
