Page Text: Alaskan Engineer with a crippling addiction to office supplies About Hi! My name is Jesse, AKA the Polar Pencil Pusher. I’m an environmental engineer, an Alaskan, and a person with a few individual quirks. The kind that I’m currently being medicated for. I’ve found that one of the keys to keeping my life together is writing things down. And two of the keys to writing things down are good pencils and good paper. Much like using painkillers to manage pain can be habit-forming for some folks, using pencils and paper to manage my ADHD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder has become habit-forming for me. I have developed a crippling addiction to office supplies! I didn’t think anyone would want to make a reality TV show about that kind of addiction, though (I’m not mainlining graphite…yet) so I’m using this blog to invite you to follow along as I spiral out. And possibly learn about some cool stuff while you’re at it. I want to use this blog to review pencils, paper, other office/writing/art supplies, as well as just share my general thoughts as they pertain to that topic. Thanks for reading!
