Page Text: April 12, 2022 1 Minute We are excited to announce that OpenCorporates has been shortlisted for the Best Flexible Working Policy category in the 2022 UK Company Culture Awards . About the awards The awards “recognise and celebrate companies who share values, care and nurture their workforce… and create a workplace environment that is beyond just an office space, even when remote”. OpenCorporates is the only company focused on technology and data in the shortlist . Our commitment to our people: flexible working & focus on “impact not input” We work hard to make OpenCorporates a great place to work. As a scaling tech company with a bold mission and ambition, we expect a lot from our team. But we know that there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to flexible working – because everyone is different. That’s why our ‘How We Work’ guidelines are focused on impact and not input and make working from home the norm. We firmly believe prioritising our team members’ health and wellness are key contributors to driving our growth. A generous holiday allowance and time off for mental wellbeing days is all part of how we give our team the freedom and flexibility to find their right balance between work and their personal lives. This latest nomination comes off the back of more award recognition so far this year. Only recently, OpenCorporates was named one of Europe’s fastest growing companies by an FT report. A month earlier, we were shortlisted for the Best Know Your Customer Solution category in the RegTech Insight Awards 2022 Europe . If you share our mission and ambition, keep an eye on our Careers page for new opportunities in the coming year. You may also be interested in… 10 reasons to work at OpenCorporates
