What is a Eurogamer subscription?
A way to support Eurogamer to create more of the work you love. Become a supporter to view the site ad-free and gain access to exclusive articles, podcasts, discounts and more. There are two tiers available for different budgets.
What does ad-free mean? And what about cookies?
Ad-free means just that: no advertising units on the homepage or article pages and no "pre-roll" ads on videos. It does not mean completely cookie-free or tracking-free, but it means much less tracking. Most cookies are removed, but they are necessary to load certain third-party content. We also use cookies to track analytics data for our own use, to better understand what our audience is reading and make things you will enjoy. We take your privacy seriously and we don't sell your data.
How can I pay for my subscription?
You can choose to pay using a debit or credit card through Stripe. All payment details will be handled through Stripe, meaning Eurogamer does not store any of your payment information. Subscriptions can be paid monthly or yearly.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel any time through the account management page. If you cancel within your subscription period, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the day your next payment would have been taken. There are no cancellation charges.
What if I forget to cancel my subscription before the renewal period?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds and all subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
How do I change my current plan?
To change your plan between Standard and Premium, you will have to cancel your existing plan first. The subscription will have to complete its billing period before you can re-subscribe to a new plan. If you still had time left on your previous plan, those benefits will continue till the end of that billing period.
How do I update my card details?
Go to the Subscriptions page and click the Manage button. This will direct you to Stripe where you can update your card details. Any issues accessing Stripe, please contact us .
How do I access supporter-only articles?
You can view all supporter-only articles by going to the Supporters page . Supporter-only articles also appear on the homepage, and are indicated by the prefix "supporters only" or "premium only".
How do I redeem reward keys?
Go to the Subscriptions page and click the Codes heading. You can then claim any available keys to redeem for discounts etc. Any keys you've previously claimed will be visible here, too.
