Overview
Notey is a leading venture-funded technology company based in Hong Kong. We are looking for a passionate Web Designer / Digital Graphics Designer to join our team in Hong Kong. Collaborate with product managers, developers, content strategists, affiliate managers, and marketing experts, to deliver world-class and highly-optimised web design experiences for our multinational brand partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Translate client goals into professional design mockups and website templates.• Understand our customers and their competitors, be committed to designing for the user while driving sales and increasing conversion rates.• Improve the experience in any part of our client’s websites. Identify customer pain points, measure them, and solve them.• Enhance our platform's design aesthetics, refine our brand guideline, create brand assets and marketing collateral.
Skills & Requirements
• At least 2 years experience in Web design, Mobile Web Design Digital Design and Icon design• Good understanding of visual hierarchy, information architecture, typography and iconography• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and javascript. Experience in front-end development or web development is a plus
• Fluent Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe CS, in particular, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other visual design and wireframing tools

• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and effective written and verbal communication skills to promote your designs to stakeholders. Capable of juggling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.
• At least 2 years working experience, prior startup experience and familiarity with lean/agile iterative development is welcome
