401(k) Plan
The company matches 100% of the first 3% of your contribution, plus 50% of the next 2% of the employee’s contribution to the 401(k) savings plan.

Health Care Coverage
Flower Shop Network pays 100% of the employee premium for a comprehensive medical and prescription plan through Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Family members may be covered under the plan through payroll deduction.
Life Insurance
The Company provides a Life Insurance benefit for all employees. Additional coverage is available for purchase for you, your spouse, and children.
