Page Text: So what is “times the money?” Like every other business, the auction business has its own jargon. “Times the money” means that when similar or compatible items are being sold, the price for one item is multiplied by the number of items sold. For example, if the Quantity in the Item Description Box on the online auction catalog states a quantity of two, this means the item will be sold as “times the money” and if you are the high bidder at $125, you will pay $250 for the chairs. How does payment work? Only credit card payments is accepted. Online auction payments will be processed online after the conclusion of the auction. Immediately after the auction closes, the credit card you registered with will be charged for the price of your winning bids. You will then receive an invoice to your email. Can I bid on items if I am not local to the auction location? We do not ship at this time. You must be able to pick up your items (during designated pick up hours) from the listed model address of the auction. Or you can schedule a delivery with the movers on-site. Movers information will be listed in the auction details. Visit the “Upcoming Auctions” link to view more specific information on the auction you are interested in. Due to current COVID-19 concerns, we will be offering curbside item pickup by appointment and the option to contract a delivery for large items to be delivered to your home by our licensed moving crews. To pick up items: Sign up for a pickup appointment time for the auction in which you won bids. These signup links can be found for your desired auction on our Upcoming Auctions page. When you receive your invoice via email, make note of the invoice number. Arrive at the model during your scheduled pickup time and remain in your vehicle until you are approached by a staff member. You will give the staff member your invoice number and show your ID then your purchased items will be brought to your vehicle. **To limit contact, please open the trunk or door of your car so staff members can easily place items in your vehicle.** To contract a local delivery: Visit your desired auction on our upcoming auctions tab for information on the moving crew servicing your desired auction. Reach out to the moving crew to schedule your contracted delivery. Delivery fees will apply and be paid directly to the mover.
