Protect the property you love and the investments you have made. An up-to-date appraisal prevents over spending on insurance or underspending. Fine Art and Collectibles have specific insurance requirements. Make sure you are covered before an accident.
If you have already experienced a loss, you can still get an appraisal to replace or recover your loss; determine the current diminished value of the item; and determine if restoration will help or hurt the value of your asset.
Appraisals for Donation
Appraisals for donation can be reviewed by the IRS. They are the most stringent type of appraisal and require an appraiser who is not only a qualified appraiser but competent with these types of appraisals.
In partnership with your financial advisor, we will work with you and the institution acquiring your property to ensure that you have a qualified appraisal.
Appraisals for Asset Separation
Appraisals for equitable distribution do not need to be contentious. As an independent, impartial, objective appraiser we can work with both parties to perform an equitable appraisal. Whether the situation is divorce, an estate, or any other type of separation, we will work with both parties to find resolution.
