Download the software on your device, drag and drop the corrupted video to software interface.
After adding corrupted video, it will show the information of corrupted video as File Name, File Size, Video Watching Time, Video Resolution, Filming Equipment and File Path.

Repair video
Tap on the option of repair video. Once the repair mechanism is done, a window will appear to show that video repair is completed. Click OK to save and preview the repaired video.
2.1 Preview the repaired video
Click "Preview" button to preview the repaired video.
The software offers a detailed preview before saving it to any location. What you see is what you get. Preview the contents of the video to predict the repairing effect.
If the repaired video meets your expectation, then click the 'Save' button to choose a path to save the repaired video. But please do not save videos to the path where you lost them.
It will take a few seconds to save the repaired video.
2.2 Advanced repair-add sample video
If the video is severely corrupted and doesn't meet repair expectations, choose advanced repair.
If using the advanced repair, then add the sample video from your device, click the folder icon to continue.
Then it will automatically check if your corrupted video are available to Advanced Repair function.
Click "Repair" button to start the repair process.
Step 3
Save video
It is flexible to save the repaired video. You can name the repaired video, add tags and save it to the pointed position. And you can build new folder to save the repaired video.
Once done with the repair mechanism and saved the repaired video, then the corrupted video is fixed.
4. Repair Photos on Windows
Windows users can repair their damaged photos by following three simple steps.

Step 1
Load damaged or corrupt photos
Simply launch Wondershare Repairit on your Windows PC and go to the “Photo Repair” feature from the sidebar.
Now, click on the “Add” button that would load a browser window. You can now go to the location where your corrupt photos are saved and load them on the application.
Repairit Photo Repair can fix numerous issues like pixelated photos, grey images, wrong coloring, and more. Once your photos are loaded, their thumbnails and other details like file size, photo resolution, etc. would also be displayed.

Repair and preview your photos
Click on the “Repair” button and wait as the application would implement its unique algorithm to fix the loaded photos. When the repairing process would be completed, the application will let you know about the result.
2.1 Preview the repaired photos
To check the results of the repairing process, you can click on the Preview button (the eye icon).
You can also just click on the thumbnail of the image to open its preview window. This will let you view the results, and you can check if the standard repairing process was successful or not.
2.2 Advanced Repair (Add a sample image)
In case the standard repairing process did not yield the expected results, or the photo repair process failed, then you can perform an Advanced Photo Repair. You can directly click on the Advanced Repair button.
Besides that, you can also click on the “Advanced Repair” option on the Preview window of the image.
The option for the “Advanced Repair Mode” can be found at the bottom panel of the interface, when you begin to repair the photos.
To run the Advanced Photo Repair, a sample image should be loaded. Please note that the sample image should be shot on the same device as the corrupt photo and must be of the same format.
After loading the sample image, click on the “Repair” button and wait as the application would fix your photos. You can now preview the results of the advanced repairing mode and can also change the sample photo (if needed).

Save the repaired photos
Lastly, you can simply click on the “Save” button on the preview panel to export your photo. You can also go back, select multiple pictures, and click on the “Save All” button.
The application will now let you browse to the exact location where you want to save the repaired photos from Repairit.
5. Repair Photos on Mac
Using the Repairit Photo Repair application on Mac is extremely easy and it can help you fix multiple photos at the same time by following these steps:

Load damaged or corrupt photos
At first, just launch Wondershare Repairit on your Mac and go to the “Photo Repair” section.
Now, click on the “Add” button to open a browser window, letting you locate and load your corrupt photos.
After loading the photos, you can view their thumbnail with other details such as their size, resolution, etc.
The application can fix various problems with your photos like wrong coloring, grey areas, pixelated images, and so on.

Repair and preview the photos
To fix your photos, just click on the “Repair” button and commence the photo repairing process. Wondershare Repairit will inform you once the process is over, letting you preview the results, and save your photos.
2.1 Preview the repaired photo
There is a provision to preview the repaired pictures on Repairit before saving them. Just click on the Preview button to load the photo on the native interface and check the results. You can also directly get the preview of the photo by clicking on its thumbnail.
2.2 Perform an advanced repair (Sample image needed)
If the standard photo repairing mode was not able to give the expected results, or the repair process failed, then you can click on the “Advanced Photo Repair” option instead.
On the Preview window, you can also go to the bottom panel, and click on the “Advanced Repair” button to access it.
It is worth mentioning, you can start advanced photo repair after loading corrupt photos in the first place, the Advanced Repair Mode feature is listed at the bottom section of the application.
To perform an Advanced Photo Repair, users would be asked to load a sample image. Click on the add option to browse and load the sample picture. The sample image should of the same format as the corrupt photo and shot on the same device as well.
Once you have loaded the sample image, click on the “Repair” button to perform the Advanced Photo Repair. Kindly wait for a while as it would take more time than the standard process.
Similarly, once the advanced photo repairing process is over, users can preview their photos on Repairit. There is also a provision to change and reupload the sample image in the preview section.
Step 3
Save the repaired photos
In the end, you can just click on the “Save” button on the preview panel or the previous interface. If you want, you can also select multiple photos and click on the “Save All” button.
The application will now open a browser window, letting you select a target location to save your repaired photos on Mac.
6. Repair Files on Windows

The application will apply an existing filter here and will let you know if you try to upload any incompatible format.

As you select your PDF, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files from your Windows PC, the application will load them and will display the progress on the screen.
After your files are successfully loaded on Repairit, the application will let you check their details. Apart from displaying dedicated icons for Word, PDF, Excel, and PowerPoint files, you can also check their name, size, and location here.
In case you have uploaded any file by mistake, you can get rid of it by clicking on the trash icon adjacent to its details. You can delete all files in one go by clicking on the "Remove All" button from the bottom. Besides that, you can also click on the "Add" button from the bottom panel to load any other document to the application.

Start the repairing process
Once your documents are loaded on Repairit, you can click on the "Repair" button at the bottom to start the process. The application will scan the loaded documents and fix all kinds of minor or major issues.
You can check the progress of the repairing process for any file on Repairit and can even cancel it if you want to. Also, the interface will let you know the files that are already repaired, being scanned, or waiting to be repaired.
As soon as the file repairing process is completed, Wondershare Repairit will notify you by displaying a relevant prompt. A pop-up message will appear, informing how many files have been repaired. The files that are successfully repaired will depict a "Completed" sign adjacent to their icon.
Though, if any document has been excessively corrupted and is not being repaired, then you will also be notified of the same. In this case, you can click on the respective link on the interface to get in touch with an expert. Here, you can just load the severely corrupted file and describe the present scenario to get assistance from an expert.
Step 3
Preview the results and save your repaired files
Once the repairing process is completed, you can click on the "Preview" button adjacent to any file's icon. In this way, you can check the results of the repairing process before saving any document.
You can get a preview of your Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF documents on the native interface of Repairit without installing anything. In case you want to export the file, then just click on the "Save" button at the bottom.
Besides that, you can also click on the "Save" button adjacent to the "Preview" button on its home screen to export any document. To export all the repaired files at once, you can click on the "Save All" button from the bottom panel instead.
That's it! You can now go to any target location on your Windows PC where you want to export your files. The application will automatically save the selected documents and also display their status on the screen.
In this way, Wondershare Repairit will successfully save your documents to the selected location on your Windows PC. The application will let you know how many files have been exported. If a file that hasn't been repaired, then it won't be exported by the tool.
You can now go to the dedicated location on your Windows PC where your repaired files are saved and access them without any hassle.
7. Repair Files on Mac
Here is a fast, user-friendly, and effective solution to repair files of different formats on your Mac. The application has an excellent success rate and can repair multiple documents via batch processing by following a three-step process:

Preview and export your repaired files on Mac
Step 1
Upload the files to be repaired on your Mac
Launch Wondershare Repairit on your Mac and visit the “File Repair” section from the sidebar. Subsequently, you can click on the “Add” button to locate and load the documents to be repaired from your Mac. If you want, you can also simply drag and drop your damaged files directly on the interface of Repairit.
In case you add any file that is not supported by Repairit, you will get a dedicated error on the screen.
Note: Since Repairit supports batch processing, you can upload and repair multiple documents of different formats simultaneously.
Once your documents are loaded on Repairit, you can check their details. For instance, you can check their name, size, and location on Repairit. The interface also features dedicated icons to depict different file types (like Word, PDF, Excel, and PowerPoint).
If you want, you can remove any file by clicking on the trash icon adjacent to its details or can click on the “Remove All” button from the bottom to delete all the loaded files. Also, you can click on the “Add” button from the bottom to upload more documents on Repairit.
Step 2
Repair the loaded files via Repairit
After loading your files on Repairit, you can simply click on the “Repair” button and wait for a while. The application will start scanning the loaded documents and display the results of the repairing process on the screen as well. If you want to halt the process in between, then you can choose to cancel the repairing process from here.
When the file repairing process is successfully completed by Repairit, you will be notified regarding its status. If the file has been scanned and repaired successfully, then a “Completed” status would be displayed.
In case the file was severely corrupted, then the application will let you know about it as well. You can choose to contact an expert from here to repair your severely corrupted documents by manually uploading them and describing the exact problem in detail.
Step 3
Preview and export your repaired files on Mac
After successfully scanning the loaded documents, Repairit will display its results. You can click on the “Preview” button adjacent to a file’s icon to check it beforehand.
On the native interface of Repairit, you can get a preview of your Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF documents. If you are satisfied with the results, then you can click on the “Save” button from the bottom panel of the preview window.
Repairit would also let you export your files by clicking on the “Save” button adjacent to their details, or you can export all of them in one go by clicking on the “Save All” button at the bottom panel.
Now, all you need to do is browse to any preferred location on your Mac where you want to export your files and wait as Repairit would save your documents. You can check the progress of the exporting process via an on-screen indicator on Repairit and can stop it if you want to.
In the end, Repairit will let you know that your documents have been saved to the designated location. Please note that if a file fails to be repaired, the application won’t save it. You can now go to the selected location on your Mac to access your repaired files however you like.
