1. What is the EdrawMax all-platform? What is the difference between EdrawMax Desktop and EdrawMax Online?
EdrawMax supports all-platform uses, including Win, Mac, Linux, and Online.
EdrawMax Desktop is the software that you can install on your computer, and files are processed locally on your computer.
EdrawMax Online is an online, browser-based service where files are uploaded and processed on our servers.
2. Should I choose a subscription plan or a lifetime plan?
Subscription plans offer flexible renewals, cancellations at a lower price per payment.
The lifetime plan, however, offers a long-term value, including everything in the subscription plans plus a lifetime free upgrade and 10GB of cloud storage.
3. Will my plan be automatically renewed?
The subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each term, and you will be charged for the subsequent period.
The lifetime plan is a one-time charge, not a recurring subscription.
4. I have a subscription plan at EdrawMax. Can I upgrade to a lifetime plan?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time you wish. However, it is NOT possible to deduct your subscription payment from the price of the lifetime plan.
5. How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel a recurring subscription, please submit a ticket to Support Center . Or you can email us at support@edrawsoft.com.
6. What happens to my files when I cancel my subscription?
Your account will be converted to a free account with limited features & resources when you cancel your subscription. However, you can still access the files that you have previously created. You can always upgrade your account again to re-gain access to the premium features & resources.
7. Which payment method do you accept?

8. What is device management? How to manage the devices under my account?
One account can be used on 3 devices. Once you have logged in to 3 devices, you cannot log in to other devices. At this point, you can use the easy device management function to delete unused device(s) from your account, and then you can log in to the new device to continue to use.

2. What is smart licensing? And should I choose a local edition or an all-platform edition?
Edraw Smart Licensing is only available in the Business Plans. You can choose either local edition or all-platform edition when you download the software.
Local edition (non-account-based activation): Use the license key you received to activate and use the desktop software in offline condition. 1 license key can activate 2 devices.
All-platform edition (account-based activation): Register an account and connect it with the license key you received to use both on the desktop and online. Sign-in required. You can enjoy continuously updated template resources.
