Akwa Marina is hosting The 3rd Winnipesaukee Volleyball Classic to benefit NH children with autism through CMFkids www.CMFkids.org
This is one of the more fun days of Summer at the beach club, with everyone coming out to enjoy a great day of Volleyball at the beach club. Even if you don't win you will be sure to have a great time.
Team Sign-ups here www.volleyballclassic.org In order to play we ask that you create a team page with your team name. Then go out and try and raise money for your team. Share your team's page with friends, co-workers, etc in hopes of raising even more money.
Each Team must have at least 4 players, having extra players is a good idea.
It is a pool play-style tournament followed by a playoff bracket. The rules will be modified to speed up play. Each round will be the first team to 21 points or 20 minutes whatever happens first. Each match will have at least a 5-minute break between rounds. The finals will be played to 30 points and on the sand court. Some games will be played on grass on the North and South Lawns and Beach.
***During the sign-up process when you are creating a team. You can just create it with one person and all your teammates can join your team after with their own profile, or they can just raise donations on your team page. Everyone on your team doesn't need to be added to the team list. ***
Please be sure to come with an understanding of how to play volleyball a little bit, remember this is for fun and to raise money.

In the event of rain, we will switch at the last possible moment to a cornhole tournament under the pavilions, and it will still be a blast!
