Then, our busyness and routines lock us in mindsets that don’t always serve us, and, the more time passes, change becomes increasingly difficult. Alteressence is based on the philosophy that self-worth is a life-long exploration of our relationship with the outer world. We encourage you to know yourself, challenge yourself, and confidently build a life that fulfills you – step by step, day by day.
