No. We don't and we can't sell Apple Podcasts Reviews, because that's Apple's proprietary data. However, you can easily fetch Apple Podcasts Reviews via Apple's own urls.

By default, we already exclude the same metadata that exist in your previous orders. So you won't purchase the same data again.
But in case you want the updated version of the same podcast data, you can turn off the filter "Exclude podcasts in past orders".
