MITWS is believing since years, that local youth sould be supported and their talent should be upto a level when they can become self dependant, and can start their own business or startup. As we all know a fraction of our population is living in the sub urban and rural india. And there is a need to make rural india as a startup hub of the country. In the same line, SBDRITE is planning to connect with the local workshops, repairing workshops, mechanics, local technical experts. and youth. These local and small technical.centers often provide technical trainings to the local youths for making them expert on a particular technical area – such as carpentry, mobile repairing, electronic equipment repairing, welding, lathe machine, metallurgical,electrical fitting, automobile repairing, architecture and interior designing, cooler and fan reparing, computer repairing and softwares, jewellery designing and manufacturing, Tailoring and many others.
The local youth work in these local private workshops, after completing training with local experts, may start their own businesses. We are expand the horizon of these local mentors. Now, after collaborating with SBDRITE Online Program they can now give online training not only in their workshop to local youths but also to those who provide traing globally.

स्थानीय युवा इन स्थानीय निजी कार्यशालाओं में काम करते हैं, स्थानीय तकनीशियन और वैश्विक प्रशिक्षकों द्वारा प्रशिक्षित होने के बाद वे अपने तकनीकी कौशल में सुधार कर सकते हैं ताकि वे अपना तकनीकी व्यवसाय उद्यम शुरू कर सकें। हम इन स्थानीय युवाओं और प्रशिक्षकों/सलाहकारों के क्षितिज का विस्तार कर रहे हैं। अब, SBDRITE ऑनलाइन कार्यक्रम के साथ जुड़ने के बाद, ये तकनीकी प्रशिक्षित व्यक्ति स्थानीय और दूरस्थ छात्रों को ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण देकर अधिक कुशल व्यक्तियों को तैयार करने में मदद कर सकते हैं। इसी तरह हमारे छात्रों को वैश्विक प्रशिक्षकों द्वारा प्रशिक्षित किया जाता है।
