As an administrator, you can find links to your usage reports, access entitlements, manage your account, Wiley Online Library Bookstore and much more.
To login to your library’s institutional administrator account, please use the Login/Register link in the upper-right section of the page.
Please fill out the details in the form using your Customer ID. Please do not use your email address (unless your personal account has been confirmed to have admin privileges.)
If you are an existing customer, the same Customer ID/password from the old platform will also work on the new version of Wiley Online Library. Please enter your username/ID in the Email field. If you cannot recall your administrator username or password, please contact Wiley Customer Service .
After login credentials are authenticated, you will have the option the view your personal account, institutional administration, or to log out.
Institutional or Federation Login
For users that have institutional usernames/passwords, or federated access, please use the Login/Register link in the upper-right section of the page.
At the lower-right section, please click "Institutional Login," which will take you to a different login screen (pictured below).
OpenAthens users can click the OpenAthens link, which will redirect to another login page to enter your institutional credentials.
Shibboleth users, need to select their Federation (usually broken up geographically) from the drop-down, and then select their institution to be driven to an institutional login page for authentication.
Those using institutional username and password may enter their credentials at the bottom of the login screen.
