Page Text: Contact Access Options Access icons for each title will indicate if the content is available to you (via institutional access, access through your society membership or personal subscription, or free or open access). Personal subscribers can access content from 1997 to present for journals they subscribe to. Looking for the latest research on COVID-19? Wiley has made over 5,000 research articles relevant to COVID-19 free to read, download, and share here . You can find additional resources related to COVID-19 on The Wiley Network . Remote access If you usually access research through your institution’s on-campus network, there are several ways you may be able to access it off campus. Ask your institution’s library or visit your library portal for specific instructions on how to access content remotely. We’re working directly with our library partners to expand remote access as quickly as possible. Wiley supports the following remote access options: Campus network access via VPN or Proxy Server: If your institution provides access to their campus network through a VPN or Proxy Server (i.e., EZProxy), connecting to the VPN or Proxy Server will allow you to access your institution’s licensed content on Wiley Online Library. Check with your librarian to see if this is an option for you. Extended IP Range access: If you have access to your institution’s campus network (through a VPN or on-campus access), there are options available to extend your access outside of your network: Google CASA: Campus Activated Subscriber Access (CASA) is a Google Scholar initiative to improve access to research off campus. If you are connected to your campus network (directly or by VPN) and use Google Scholar, Google will remember your institutional affiliation on your device for 60 days so you can continue to access your institution’s licensed content outside the network. This 60-day authentication period is refreshed each time you access Google Scholar from within your campus network. Wiley Online Library account: If you’ve registered on Wiley Online Library and have logged in while connected to your campus network, your Wiley profile will automatically affiliate with your institution, and you will be able to access your institution’s licensed content by logging in to Wiley Online Library for 60 days. Your affiliation will renew for another 60-day period each time you log in to your Wiley account while connected to your campus network. Shibboleth/OpenAthens: Wiley Online Library supports direct access via your university credentials for institutions participating in many Shibboleth federations or OpenAthens. If your library is a member of a supported Shibboleth federation or OpenAthens and has enabled direct access, you can use your institutional login to access content directly without needing to connect to your campus network. Look for the institutional login link on any article page, where you can select your regional federation from the drop-down list and then select your institution. You will then be able to log in with your institutional credentials and access any content you would normally be able to access on campus. A video demonstration for users is available on the WOL Training Hub . Society member access: If you’re a member of a scholarly society, you may be able to access the society’s publications through your member login. Visit the society website for more information on member access. Download this list as a PDF here . Access Wiley content on ResearchGate Wiley and ResearchGate are partnering on a new pilot initiative where you can access articles from select Wiley journals directly on ResearchGate. Learn more and see the list of participating journals  here . Additional access options You can purchase access to individual journal articles through either a 48-hour rental, permanent cloud access, or full PDF download. This option is available for the majority of our journal articles; prices vary by journal. Instant, full-text access to an extensive collection of online book chapters, Current Protocol units, and reference materials is available for 48-hour pay-per-view purchase without the need for a subscription. This service allows anyone to purchase access to individual documents directly by using a credit card. Access is instant and available for 48 hours. Access options and pay-per-view prices will be displayed automatically when you attempt to access any full-text content.
