Saturday, June 25, from 11am to 5pm, at Humanist Hall , 390 27th Street, Oakland, CA, between Telegraph and Broadway. The earlier part of the day will be food ( a potluck! vegan dishes especially appreciated but not required ) and chat-centric, the later part of the day will be listening to people's stories about him--funny, poignant, significant, funny, provocative, FUNNY--and ignoring some of us sobbing/raging away in the corner.
