We have FIVE open positions available.
1) Humanities Scholars Program Marketing Student (available only to Humanities Scholars Program students at Cornell) – Two new remote positions for the summer! Work with the marketing team for six weeks this summer, undertaking a wide variety of tasks to help us promote and market our books to the world. Learn more and apply here.
2) Marketing Publicity Student – Come work with the publicity team in a fast-paced book publishing environment! Provide help to the Cornell University Press publicists submitting books for review and entering relevant information into our database. Learn more and apply here .
3) Marketing Student Assistant – Assist various members of the marketing team with market research, data analysis, data entry, special projects, social media campaigns, email marketing, content creation, and other marketing-related tasks as needed. Learn more and apply here .
4) We are looking for new freelance copyeditors. – We invite inquiries from experienced freelance copyeditors who can edit book-length, scholarly texts according to the Chicago Manual of Style. Must be willing to complete an editing test. To apply for a freelance copyeditor position, please contact cupdfreelance@cornell.edu . We are not able to respond to all inquiries when our roster is full.
